Liam (Hardy) is a freshman at Drama Centre London. He has the huge ambition of becoming an internationally renowned, prestigious Oscar-winning actor in the next ten years. Confident with his abilities and natural talent, he enrols in the course with high hopes and dreams. That is, until he meets William (Fassbender), a boy two years above him and the shining star of the school. Liam soon finds himself attracted to William’s raw talent, charm and wit, and looks up to him as a mentor. And William, who gets shunned aside and ignored by his friends due to jealousy, is pleased to have someone who appreciates him inside out. Naturally, sparks fly and Liam finds himself falling for William, which in turn affects his performance on stage. Meanwhile, William struggles with his sexuality as he starts harbouring feelings for Liam as well. Will William ever come to accept his sexuality? Will Liam leave William and focus on his acting career? Or will the curtain fall on their relationship instead?
